EASY GLASS Aluminum Alloy Rail System
EASY GLASS 鋁合金路軌系統是依鋁合金標準6063-T6 擠壓成型，並經過銀白色陽極氧化處理。選用鋁的好處在於其能標準成型加上獨特的設計使路軌與路軌之間、屏風與路軌之間完美結合。經陽極氧化的路軌提供了一個寧靜、結實及防鏽的界面給活動屏風運行。根據屏風重量及結構我們提供了一系列的路軌選擇，而每款路軌經過壽命測試證明最少能供活動屏風運行161公里，約15年的使用。
The EASY GLASS ground rail is shaped by the Standard6036-T6 aluminum alloy and is oxidized by silvery white positive pole. The selected aluminum can be made into a standard shape. The unique design ensures perfect combination between rail and rail, and between partition and rail. The oxidized rail provides a serene, solid and rust-proof interface for the running of operable partition. A wide range of rails are for your selection based on the weight and structure of partitions. Every rail has passed the service life test, proving that it can provide a minimum service for operable partitions to run 161 km in approximately 15 years.

The operable partition features the functions of separating space and
sound insulation. The EASY GLASS product series interprets the
outstanding sound insulation effect with its unique design. The close
combination among the metal fasteners between partitions effectively blocks sound transmission. Besides, based on different
requirements, the basic panel can be dealt with further acoustic process,
such as drilling or cracking in the basic panel to effectively reduce sound
reflection. To achieve the optimal sound insulation in actual deco ration,
it is highly advised to contact us during the layout planning period (such
as sound passage, connection pattern of wall structure, etc.)
